EUC and ARRA Highlights:

• Effective November 8, 2009, there are three tiers of benefits available under EUC:
  • Tier One - up to 20 weeks
  • Tier Two - up to 14 weeks
  • Tier Three - up to 13 weeks
• The weekly amount will be the same as your regular state unemployment benefit amount.
• EUC benefits have the same eligibility requirements of regular unemployment benefits.
• There is no nonpayable week.
• $25 Weekly Additional Payment
