  1. Enter your Social Security number and password followed by the # sign (if you do not have a benefit account press 2 after your Social Security number, then press 0).;
  2. Press 2 for other options;
  3. Press 3 for answers to commonly asked questions or to speak with a representative; or,
  4. Press 0 to speak to a representative.

Note: Because of the high volume of phone calls, if you need staff assistance, calling later in the afternoon or later in the week, will help you avoid busy signals and long wait times.
