Employer Self-Service User Guide: Account Maintenance

Address Changes and Reporting Units

Address changes and reporting units are closely linked. Changing an address may also require a change to the reporting unit information.

Step-by-step instructions to change a Primary Mailing address:

  1. Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password, click on Login.
  3. On My Home Page, click on Account Maintenance.
  4. Click on Address Information.
  5. Under ‘Address Type’, click on Primary Mailing.
  6. Change address information, click Save.
  7. Validate address, click Next.
  8. Confirm mailing address, click Submit.

NOTE: If you make a change to your primary mailing address, you must also make the same change to the address of the corresponding reporting unit.

Step-by-step instructions to change a reporting unit address:

  1. Go to www.uimn.org, click on Employer Login.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password, click on Login.
  3. On My Home Page, click on Account Maintenance.
  4. Click on Maintain Reporting Units.
  5. Click on the reporting unit to be changed.
  6. Change address information, click Next.
  7. Validate address, click Next.
  8. Confirm mailing address, click Save.
