Minnesota law requires employers to display several informational posters in a physical location
where their employees can easily see them. The posters provide safety, wage and age-discrimination
information. The unemployment insurance related poster is available below for downloading & printing. Versions are
available in several languages. The complete set of the required state posters are available from
the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). There is no cost for the posters and they can
be printed from the DLI Web site (http://www.dli.mn.gov/LS/Posters.asp)
or ordered as a packet that will be sent to you by mail.
This informational poster must be displayed in a prominent place
at the worksite.
